Travel and Work from Bali, Indonesia

Bali is a well-known island in Indonesia for its luxury resort, white sand beaches and lovely spots. The island is becoming more and more popular among digital nomads who prefer to work online from anywhere in the world. Bali has been one of the top destinations for digital nomads because it offers everything they need at an affordable price.

Besides the affordable cost of living, Bali also has many coworking spaces that can help you have a more productive day while doing your job as a freelancer. Coworking spaces are ideal because they offer you a dedicated space to work with all the facilities you need such as Wi-Fi connection, power outlets, coffee, and tea. Here are some of the best coworking spaces in Bali:

  1. The Dojo Bali

The Dojo is the best coworking space in Canggu, Bali. They have three locations – all of which are worth visiting. The first, Dojo Ubud, is the original and still my favourite. It’s the perfect mix between a resort and a productive coworking space.

The second location is The Dojo Echo Beach, which has become home to most of the digital nomads in Bali (and where I am currently writing this). Finally, there’s The Dojo Villa, which is more of an apartment building than a coworking space but it’s a great community of digital nomads (and one of the most affordable places to live in Canggu).

  1. Outpost

Outpost is another well-known coworking space in Bali. There are two locations – Outpost Canggu and Outpost Ubud. They’re both great spaces with lots of events and good communities of digital nomads to work with (especially Outpost Canggu).

  1. The Hive Bali

The Hive Bali is located in Canggu on Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong and offers a spacious place with good facilities such as wi-fi, meeting rooms, kitchens and printing services. Furthermore, The Hive Bali organises educational workshops to help you improve your skills in various fields such as social media marketing or photography. Finally, they also offer an accommodation service if you need a place to stay in Bali.

  1. The Office Bali – Nusa Dua

The Office is located in the southern part of Bali and can be described as a coworking space with an on-site cafe and restaurant, free parking space and free high speed internet, 24 hours security and CCTV. This place has a mind blowing view that is absolutely beautiful during sunset. Even if you are not working you can come here to enjoy their atmosphere and relax. This place also offers private office desk, meeting room and event venue.

  1. Hubud Coworking Space – Ubud

Hubud is one of the first coworking spaces in Bali. It’s located in Ubud, close to the Monkey Forest. Hubud has a large open workspace with lots of tables and chairs, both inside and outside on their huge balcony. There are also several quiet corners where you can work undisturbed.

  1. Omah Library

Omah library is a cozy coworking space located in Canggu, Bali. It’s open 24/7 and has a cafe where you can order coffee, tea and snacks. Prices start at IDR 125.000 for a day pass to IDR 3.750.000 for monthly passes. They offer fast wifi, a printer, and plenty of electrical outlets for your laptop or charger.

Conclusion

If you’re planning a trip to Bali and need a place to work and meet online, I hope this article has helped you in some way.
