When it comes to America, how many cities have you visited? When most people talk about visiting this continent, they say New York is stunning, Miami is hot and Los Angeles and Vegas are shiny and glamorous. But what about windy city Chicago? Why is it less popular or less interesting than those mentioned above when it offers so much culturally, gastronomically and emotionally!
Let’s materialize our arguments: Chicago was, is and will be one of those places forever imprinted in our hearts. Why? Well, here is a list of reasons why we decided to dedicate a whole article to one town in America.
Arts, theatre and ice skating are three words closely connected to Millennium Park. Oh, how many movies have been made in this iconic place! Wherever you turn there are diverse people all minding their own business and entertaining the crow at the same time. In the winter there is a huge ice-skating area where many romantic stories were written and there are so many more waiting to happen in the future. In one sentence, Millennium Park offers cheap activities in Chicago.
Number two is Wills tower. If you enjoy stunning views (and who doesn’t), it is a place you can not miss in your lifetime. Glorious skyscrapers are guarding the city and it is one of those landmarks that are known for panoramic views of the area and further. We won’t take the risk and talk more about it since we can’t express how good thee photos looks from above.
Navy pier is not that famous but those of you who enjoy unusual architecture and fun all day long, skip the first two places and go visit this pier. The amusement park is one of the biggest in America and surely one of the most visited. People of all ages tend to at least take a walk through it and the music playing everywhere makes your serotonin jump high like some of the rides in the park!
The Art Institute of Chicago is home to one of the most famous art pieces in the world. For a small fee, you can enter another dimension and get to know the most famous artists through their paintings and artworks. We won’t mention what famous artists are included in the current setup in the museum, but we can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
